The first leading to the registration of auditors in the IRCA had been prepared already in 1993. Participation in programs TACIS PCP IV, TACIS MDSF, AMOS possible to attract up to 2000, more than 10 million USD of foreign investments. Continuous training and actual work in the U.S., Germany, Switzerland, helped to create the first Russian world-class structure with a full set of international accreditations and licenses for educational and consulting activities with partners from UK, USA, Germany, Switzerland ..

SCC-Group has major offices in Moscow, Samara, Tomsk, Khabarovsk, Saarbrücken (Germany), Zurich (Switzerland). Has representative offices in Kazakhstan, China, etc. SCC-Group today - it's 200 highly skilled employees (more than 50 leading auditors IRCA), thousands of successful projects for the construction of systems management in Germany, Switzerland, China, Russia, Kazakhstan, etc.

Мне кажется, что *тройная спираль*-ВЛАСТЬ, БИЗНЕС, ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ может работать в России, если власть, как составляющая, будет соответствовать власти, которая была использована создателем теории. Сегодня же в России мы видим реальное противодействие чиновников от власти... развитию спирали. На мой взгляд в настоящий момент в России наиболее эффективна спираль: БИЗНЕС, НАУКА, ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ.
Сегодня огромных успехов, начиная с 2007 года, добилась Германия и другие страны континентальной Европы, используя ТРИУМВИРАТ: НАУКА, БИЗНЕС, ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ.
